There are TWO holes in the top of most essential oil bottles. You know those dispenser tops on gum, Parmesan cheese, and pepper that have a "big pour" and "individual" size? Same concept here. The middle pour spout drops many, the itty-bitty hole does a slow drop at a time. Tilt it appropriately to get the desired effect.
Definitely helped me to find that out since I use the Lemon Vitality in my water! One drop is all I need.
